- Bumping due to another SIGHTING and media coverage in the Hemsworth and South Elmsall Express.
A lady has reported seeing Jimmy at 12.30 pm on Sunday in Minsthorpe Lane . She stopped her car to try and catch him but he vanished. Later that evening she saw the article about him on the front page of The Hemsworth and South Elmsall Express and realised it was Jimmy that she had seen.
Come on Jimmy its time to give yourself up xx - 2013-08-12 22:21 numptynance

- We have two drivers that live close to the baths - they have been alerted to todays sighting. There are posters in all driver areas/canteens within 2 transport companies that go in/out of the industrial estate all day. I have been driving around after work & couple of times at dinner but only get 30mins. The baths are now closed but have access within minutes to where he went missing. Unfortunately I cannot do much during the day due to work but have tried to get others to keep watch for him

- We tracked him through the fields off Carr Lane on Thursday, so if he has been round again on Friday then he is going round the same circuit.

- Thanks TracyB !
Another sighting has been reported of Jimmy on Friday. This sighting was in fields off of CARR LANE and was after the sighting near Moorthorpe station.
The lady who saw him in Carr Lane came forward after she saw posters today . At the time she had unsuccessfully tried to catch him and has reported that the poor boy has a head Injury presumably received during his RTA on the day he ran off .

- We have been out tracking Jimmy this afternoon. Wispa got a good scent and led us in a huge anti clockwise circle, very typical of a dog on the run. He had been through woods and fields as well as quiet roads and estates. Like many other dogs he didn't quite hit the point he started off from, and instead crossed back over the main road and went through the churchyard at S Kirkby and into the estate and field beyond. Lots of bushes and cover there, and a big industrial estate after that. We stopped after an hour and a half non-stop tracking as Wispa was getting very tired. It was really hot which makes scent evaporate from tarmac, but enough was stuck to hedges and vegetation for Wispa to follow it. We were concerned that we might find a badly injured dog, but he can't be too bad if he has moved that far. He is able to hunt and he is certainly covering the ground. We talked to a number of people, all were very sympathetic and will look out for him. Posters will be going up in the areas he has been round.

- Thanks numptynance ... I will make sure jimmys owners are aware of this sighted dog. I'm not sure if Jimmy could have got that far or not but it's certainly worth checking out.,
We went out for a few hours late this evening in the hope Jimmy might show himself when there weren't many people about or so much traffic but sadly no sign of him. - 2013-07-31 22:53 numptynance

- Jimmy has gone missing again today . He was with his owner in South Elmsall while he was working and wandered off across a road where he was clipped by a car and bolted off.
The photo we have is of Jimmy when he was much younger but hopefully we can update with a more recent one later this evening.
Hoping this boy is back safe and sound very soon xxx - 2012-12-03 20:58 Unknown

- We have been out searching on foot and by car but sadly no sightings of Jimmy. The area of land he ran off in is bordered by roads and has ranch style fencing around the majority of it with numerous exits . If he has wandered out and on to one of the surrounding pavements he may well have been picked up. If ths is the case he will hopefully be reunited with his very worried owner tomorrow.x

- I have spoken to Willow Rescue. Since Jimmy ran off on a walk his owner and several others have been out searching for him. It is hoped that someone has picked him up and will report this to the dog warden in the morning which is a legal requirement. Cliffe kennels have been contacted and so far he hasn't been taken to them,
Postering will be done tomorrow and his owner will return to the area he ran off from and continue searching. I have given scenting advice.
Hoping this boy is found very soon.
