- Other Info Herbie was seen being knocked by a car people tried to catch him but he ran down towards the River....there has been several sightings of him,not sure if before or after being hit by the car,one waitrose car park and one at home and one near where he went missing...reported as being soaking wet.

- Delighted to see Herbie is safely home. Hope there's no serious damage, but I'm sure he'll be getting lots of tlc at home now.

- HERBIE FOUND..sheltering in corner of a private car park in Wallingford. Thanks so much for all advice and offers of help, he has a hurt leg, vet says maybe bruised or broken but he's okay. Posters really were a great help, had such a great response from them, and overwhelmed by kindness of people on this site. We are so happy and relieved to have him back. Thank you to every one who offered help and advice.

- Hi, I am not particularly local (West Oxfordshire) so don't know Wallingford much, but I have a day off tomorrow and could head over that way to walk my dog and help to look if that would be helpful. If so, please let me know a post code or rough idea of where I should look. I'm also happy to meet up with anyone else who might be planning to go out looking, but would need a number to text. Hope you find him soon.

Herbie was reported of being seen being hit by this car at approx 9.30 yesterday morning...he did run off so fingers crossed no broken bones.....please check your gardens under bushes etc etc
have given owner scenting adice and willsend further advice via email in a while...

- 45932 FOUND DOG - please can you just double check this is not Herbie. I know the lost/found area is not that far apart. Do we have any description for approx size, possible breed mix etc?
