Puddin...could she be the Christmas pudding for you..? Please cross post as these loving dogs are so hard to rehome...and tx to Kelly the dogwarden for taking the time to post her details and give her a chance...look at those eyes...saying what have I done wrong to be in a cage...
Dog WardenKelly DW
Puddin is now looking for a new home through Babbington Rescue. She is such a big puppy. Has meet dogs and cats which she shown no reaction to. Love nothing more than cuddles and plenty of belly rubs.

Sorry guys it has taken me a while to up load new picture. This is Puddin now. She is doing really well and a press release has gone out to try and raise funds for any further vet treatment.
mathers22
Really pleased to hear that and I hope she is soon fully recovered and in a good home. Thanks for keeping us informed will keep looking to see her reunited. Think Rusty the patterdale cross that was in a bad way was re-homed from Babbington xx

Good news for Puddin, her face as gone down and her test results are negative for cancer, she is at the vets today having the absess capsule further drained, then she should be fine with strong antibiotics to clear it up fully. she will then need her new forever home. She is a star always happy and playfull she loves other dogs and never stops wagging her tail. She is currently in rescue at Babbington rescue kennels at Awsworth in Nottingham.Last edited: 2012-12-11 13:40:26 by Broxtowe dog warden

thanks for update. been thinking about her. hopefully results will be good.
Dog WardenKelly DW
Hi, No owners have come forward. She did get worse Friday/Saturday but we have just come back from taking her to the vets and it now looks like she has a tennis ball stuck in her cheek. I have got a photo so will add that later (today or wednesday) so you guys can see how much she has improved. Hopefully results will be in today.
mathers22
I've just come on to see how she is - doesn't look like her owners are going to be forthcoming. Could have dumped her because of the Veterinary costs - hope not or if they have hope she gets another lovely home xx
dewilliams42

dewilliams42
yes thank you kelly. hope she will feel better soon.
mathers22
Thank you Kelly hope she's ok xx
Dog WardenKelly DW
Yes she will go up for adoption if she passes her behaviour tests but all signs so far are good even though she is in pain. Its still not 100% that it isnt lymphoma because of how swollen her glands are so cells have been sent off but hopefully she will respond to treatment. I will try to keep you up dated as much as possible : )
mathers22
She looks so depressed but at least she's getting treatment an hopefully a new home and won't be out in the elements tonight. Good luck will keep checking on her xx
dewilliams42
oh dear, that must be so painful poor girl. will she be rehomed if not claimed?
Dog WardenKelly DW
Results just in she has an abcess which has lots of pockets of pus : )
Dog WardenKelly DW
Yes she is getting the treatment she needs but this poor girl may have lymphoma. Tests are being done as we speak. Medication being given to make her comfortable.
mathers22
Oh dear her face looks so sore hope she is ok and getting treatment x
dewilliams42
