- just to let you know, sizzla is back home safe and sound. he was picked up the same night he got out of the garden outside my gate, by a family that live just down the street. they saw the posters i had put up and rang me today. thankyou for your help it is much appreciated. christmas is back on..!!!!

- have a look at a dog in the found list ref number 46143. been found some miles away and they have not put if it is male or female but it looks like this dog.

- What a beautiful boy. Do hope he is the one picked up by the DW and is soon home safe and well. Just a thought - I know some strays are taken to Castlefield Kennels, 261 High Lane East, West Hallam (tel. 0115 932 2763). Even if said dog is Sizzla, I don't think owner will be able to pick him up before Mon (Council policy!) but it might be worth ringing the kennels to see if found dog has been taken there and emailing them a photo for identification. At least owner would then know. I've spoken to lady at the kennels in the past and she's very nice and helpful. Good luck!

- Owner has received a call from the DW saying that he has picked a dog up matching Sizzla's description but the owner will not be able to find out now until Monday. She will call us to let us know whether it is Sizzla or not.

- Owner needs to contact DW and local vets. Also poster asap. Check sites on the internet. Hand out flyers to people and visit the dog pound and contact local rescues.
