owner needs to contact DW, local vets, poster asap. Check sites on the internet. Viait the dog pound. Speak to the postman. Post flyers through letter boxes. Hand out flyers to dog walkers. Speak to local farmers, Highways Agency and Railtrack (if necessary) contact the local radio and the local paper.
