Can he now go into the blue ? Great news x

Brock went home this morning having had a great adventure for the weekend. It would have been shorter if Brock's Tag had a valid telephone number on it and if he had been microchipped and also if the person that found him (it wasn't me by the way)lived in the same 'catchment' area which they did not. The expense would have been much less for the owner also.

There are many lessons to be learned I guess, I only looked on Doglost because I suspected he was not from Fareham District and was hoping to see something. Also Brock was listed as a Jack Russell, not a good description I suspect he is a wire haired terrier cross of some sort but that is not an option on Doglost.

Having checked three times - found in PO17 and date found I suggested that his name was Brock from his tag, how very, very fortunate that PIPS just happened to be online. Never mind all's well that ends well, good luck little fella it was a pleasure having you for the weekend.

I know this dog. Owners have been out looking for him.
Have informed them where he is now.

No he has not been re-united, this is just information from the worn out tag he was wearing, the name could be the owners name or the dogs. Unfortunately he was found in an area that might be any one of three wardens responsibility. If the owner contacts one they might not know that another warden has the dog, but tomorrow is Monday so with luck emails will be be sent around the bazaars.
