- Sadly we have not found our precious Jed, but we celebrated his 13th birthday yesterday by doing his favourite walk along the river. Miss you boy but somehow feel you're still with us xx

- I was wondering about this oldie too. Have been keeping my eyes out for him many a day when I'm out that way. Did see his poster in Asda in Longwell Green on Friday as well, but haven't seen any posters up along the road from Keynsham to Willsbridge past the Lockeeper for example. Come home Jed x

- Somehow missed the mail for this one and I've been that way a few times this week, ( blueyonder mail down?) however I'm always noticing any loose dogs wherever I go. Is there any news on Jed? I will put on Facebook just in case. Anyone notified the Marinas? Keynsham and Saltford?

- Walked with my father through Willsbridge mill across by queens head pub back up through fields towards Willsbridge hill & back along Bath road.... No sign :-(
Realise now Jed went missing further towards oldland way I live in oldland so will have a look again tomor. Really think posters need to be printed as loads of dog walkers around that way. Will keep spreading the word. Can't imagine what the owner is going through :-( - 2012-12-15 13:51 Mollychops
- Owner has put a fairly current photo on now and has updated the poster with more details

- Thank you VetNurse.
I walked from Kings Head pub car park along Siston Brook (banks extremely muddy in places) until it met River Avon. I walled a mile or so in the direction of Hanham but saw absolutely no sign of Jed unfortunately. I spoke to the only person I met and she will keep her eyes open on her walks, let other walkers know and again inform Lucas vets.
Posters need to be put in pub car park, public footpath posts along river and heading into Keynsham, also petrol station, riding stables nearby, Lock Keeper pub and fishing tackle shop in Portavon Marina. Good for posters to be up along Bath Rd too.
I so hope there is news of Jed soon. - 2012-12-14 06:15 Vet Nurse
- Hi there I work as a Vet Nurse at Fernlea in Kingswood & Hanham which is just a couple of minutes drive away from Willsbridge so I will put Jed as lost on our lost & found system. My father lives on bath road so I will tell him to keep a look out when he's out walking his dog. I would recommend jeds owner informs the chequers pub & lock & wier as the pubs are on the river Avon & obviously people can keep an eye out. Hope that helps & really hope Jed will be found safe & sound really soon .emma

- Owner rang me tonight, she is very worried about Jed, as there have been no sightings at all, and there are lots of houses around when he went missing, However on his walk across the fields there is the river Avon, and she is very woried he may have fallen in. Ive spoken with fab helper Dinkydoodle, who is off there tomorrow to search, and knows this area very well . Ive emailed out advice sheets to owner, and a link to his poster, saying the posters need to go up, and suggesting a piece in the local paper to make as many people aware as possible
