Sid had a docked tail and quite a lot of grey round the muzzle - does this dog match I really hope so

Could the chip have moved around the body by any chance? A relatives dog's chip was put in the neck and was traced now in his back leg near the ankle joint! Still thinking of Sid 36348.

'Bailey' has just been collected by warden and is on way to Appledown. He is neutered and not chipped. I have a photo of him, but don't seem to be able to upload is this possible?
