Hi, is Rusty still missing?
I would be happy to put up a few posters near me and will keep my eyes peeled. Will also speak to other walkers and clients (I am a dog groomer). Is there anything else I can do to help? Tracey

Spoken to owners and no news at all. Have advised strongly to still poster all around the area to ensure everyone knows he is missing and to be on the look out for him, also to see if anyone saw anything. He dissapeared from the owners house at 10am on the very cold week we had. I have been through the park and seen noting and spoken to people out walking their dogs but again no sign.

Any news? Has the owner said how Rusty went missing? Been unable to help through illness but can do something now if owner can give more info. Have been spreading word all round the area. It might be worth sending alerts out to SG 9 area. Not far from Hertford to the north. I hope the owner got hold of Ciaran Gold from The Hertfordshire Mercury. Very pro- dogs and would run a story on Rusty.

Hi I was the person who phoned you today after seeing your advert outside the Co-Op.
You need to print out masses of posters and put them everywhere around the area. - go to Bengeo school and tell them so the children can look out for Rusty. The school at the top of Port Hill has broken up for Christmas now - I teach there but the grounds will be open tomorrow Friday in case hebhas wandered in.

The main advice is to poster, poster, poster. All round Hartham, vets, dog warden etd. Get hold of the Herts Mercury - ask for Ciaran Gold a reporter who is really helpful with missing dogs. Try get Rusty in the paper so everyone knows he's missing.

Start a Facebook page for him too so we can post the link to local people. The key to finding him is to let everyone in the area know. I only just saw your little poster at the Co-Op. could easily have missed it. You need hundreds of posters EVERYWHERE!

Where was he when he went missing? Did he run off? I'll print some posters off and get them up in the area. Bridgetx

I'm sorry to read that Rusty is missing. I will keep my eyes open when over Hartham common and will put a poster in the car. Try to put a poster in the vets at the bottom of Port Hill, also the Co-Op, Sainsburys, Tesco in the town, the vets in Fore Street, the pet shop and the vets down the Ware Road. Could also try the railway stations to catch the commuters. Have there been any sightings at all? I am sure there will be some news soon and Rusty will be home in the warm with his family.
