I have just been speaking to our dog wardens and someone has reported finding a black Labrador in Carlton this morning which could be Max !! I have given them Max's owners number and have EVERYTHING crossed that it is Max !

Thanks xWendyx !
Max is still missing. A few sightings of him still in the Monk Bretton area have been reported on the day he went missing and a lady has said a builder told her there was a Labrador wandering in Mapplewell on Saturday which could possible have been Max.
His elderly owners are desperate to get him back and are just praying someone has taken him in and they will call the dog warden tomorrow.

Driving towards Killamarsh this morning, I saw a poster saying 'found labrador'. I couldn't read any more as I was driving and it wasn't safe to stop. I have got to go back that way this evening so I will stop and get details

I have spoken to Max's owners who have been out searching and are getting some posters made.
I have called Cliffe Kennels this morning and Max has not been taken there yet.
Max has no road sense at all and I have found reports of a dog matching his description wanting about in Monk Bretton yesterday.
If someone has picked him up they will hopefully take him to a vets to be scanned or report to the dog warden which anyone finding a dog is required to do by law.
Hoping for some news of Max very soon
