I have been in constant touch with owners about Tig, and they are just delighted he is home. There was some confusion about a found deceased dog in Edinburgh which was at first thought to be Jimmy but then was thought might be Tig. Have followed up details of deceased dog but have traced no owner so far. Uploaded a re-united photo of Tig. What a wee cutie.Last edited: 2012-12-20 08:57:24 by Sable - Regional Co-ordinator - Scotland

Fantastic news- Tig is home.
He had been picked up for safe keeping and reported to the dog warden who advised checking on Doglost.
Tig's family are over the moon and would like to thank everyone who has helped and supported them.
stay safe lovely boy

Sadly Tig's owners do not think the dog on the Twitter link is their dog. Let's hope Tig comes home soon and the other dog also finds his owner.

Certain I've just seen Tig's details on Twitter by a lady called @ladybirdlauren My account is protected so am going to try and ask someone else to ask her to follow me so I can give her details of this page. Perhaps whoever does the Doglost Twitter account could follow me @kentprivateeye as would make life a bit easier for me!

Thanks Angus, thanks Sable
There have been no reported sightings of Tig since he went missing on Thursday from owner's farm.
Owners have reported to all relevant authorities and are spreading the word far and wide.
Have discussed Farmwatch and media appeals.
owner has got adverts lined up for local newspapers.
Will add him list for advert in the Countryman's weekly.
Really hope for news of him very soon.
If found, he must be reported to the dog warden, as is required by LAW

Have informed all Scottish Rescues as owners think this wee dog may have been picked up in a layby near home and taken to Scotland.
