- Other Info Flo is a rescued dog who bolted out of my front door after only being at my house for one night. She is very nervous and scared. We managed to locate her and chase her for 2 hours but the last time we cornered her she run off at such a speed we lost sight of her.

- The bacon trick worked. Flo followed the smell of frying and the trail of bacon bits into the garden and was found hiding under the trampoline this morning.

Owl thank you for contacting the owner, I was then on my way out when Flo was registered with us so only had time to E-mail the info to the owner.

- It sounds like they have this in hand... let's hope she goes into somewhere they can shut the door after her fairly soon!
I'm very local to this one, but am still recovering from a broken ankle so can't walk far. if they need help though, I can go over and eg keep watch for Flo - 2012-12-17 20:38 Jayne - Founder Doglost.

- Just spoken with owner. Flo was spotted outside her home half an hour ago so is obviously trying to get back there. Have advised owner to crouch down low if she sees Flo and not go towards her. She has tasty food at the ready. Have advised her to fry up some bacon and take the pan out and waft it about. Gate has been left open, also greenhouse for Flo to shelter if she returns unseen.
