Thanks Leona. Have re-united him.

Edinburgh Cat and Dog Home do not have this guy either so it looks like he's been claimed from the station, which is good news as we'd already decided to call him Tank!!

He's no longer at Livi police although they don't know if claimed or moved to EDCH, they don't open until 10 at which time I shall be mid dog walk so will call this afternoon.

Hi Carol, he did not seem to have crumpled ears, however I do have another picture of him in profile which shows his right ear clearly, send me a text on the above number Carol and I can forward it too you.

Hi Ellie, I was aware of Murphy and my husband and I both looked at his pic on here, husbands immediate reaction was Murphys face too black and I thought the same.

As Sable said will call later to see if he has been claimed. I really think he may have been apart from wearing a collar he also wore a choke chain, which I know people put on dogs for walking, completely ineffectual for walking a mastiff as we found out!

Hi could any one tell me if the mastiff has got a crumpled up right ear like a cauliflower ear thank you carol I carnt see the photo of his right ear

Very well behaved full male, was dodging traffic on Eliburn Road, took some catching but once on lead very polite, knew sit, took biscuits gently. Couldn't take him home as he's a full male and I have two males at home. He's now with Livingston police and will be taken to Edinburgh Cat and Dog Home.
