Spoke to owner he cannot get hold of DW but he has postered and contacted local vets and he has visited the dogs home. I have mentioned the paper and checking sites on the internet to him.

Owner needs to poster asap. Also check sites on the internet and contact any vets locally. You could also hand out any flyers and post them through letter boxes. Contact BCDH including the new one at Frankley. Maybe try an ad in the local paper.
