- How very sad. My sympathy goes to Briar`s family. Night, night, sweetheart, sleep tight, and join Brook at play at the bridge. Wait for your owners at the bridge when the time is right. Sent to your family are lots of (((HUGS))). RIP+ Briar. God Blessx A~~~Candle~~~burns for you too. Run free

- I received an email from James this morning explaining that Briar's body had been found. He has now been taken home and laid to rest in the garden where a briar rose will mark his grave. It is thought that the end would have been instant due to the nature of the wound so Briar would not have suffered. I have now changed the area to Rainbow Bridge.

- James, was Briar injured or worse? :-(
I'm glad you found him but worried about him still. - 2012-12-30 11:11 JamesH
- Thank you all for your efforts, your kindness and time and care for a complete stranger and his missing dog. It's not quite the reuniting we hoped for but i'm glad he's been found. All the best for the coming year, God bless you
