Hello all dog lost people. Sorry for the delay its been a manic day. Bella was found today approx 2 ish in Wivenhoe where she originally went missing from 5 days ago. We believe she did a massive circle from all the sighting we had. We had amazing help from our Facebook group we created and the support was over whelming. When we received the info today we all rushed the area and it was flooded with people searching. We found our little Bella and she was caught and everyone was in tears. She was rushed to the vets and is ok. She was tired hungry and thirsty and has a few sores and cuts but ok. Thank you so much for everyone eh has helped and sent us kind wishes.

She will have lots of cuddles and sleep tonight x

Hi everyone thanks for all the advice and support. There is a search group out today looking covering all parts of colchester woods etc. more posts have gone up. I have also done an add campaign with animalsearchuk which is more leaflets etc. fingers crossed we will get some more leads. There have been sighting n Xmas as in the Hythe area and also Ipswich rd. she may now not be wearing her collar. I will keep posting updates. We have created a Facebook page help find Bella for all updates

Has anyone got a contact for the person who heard a dog crying early in the morning, if so could they try and find out a more exact spot where this crying came from. Many thanks.

I have just read on the group that a few people are meeting up to search for Bella:
"Anyone who is free meet at eleven o'clock tomorrow in b and q car park"

Also owner put comment about another possible sighting on Xmas Day:
"Right ladies new info that she may of been seen on Ipswich road on Xmas day about 7 pm"

Bella Forster, Bess' Black labrador Puppy is still missing. She escaped a family members home in Wivenhoe at 2pm Christmas Day, was potentially hit by a car in rectory rd Wivenhoe and then seen running off... later seen at 8pm in the hythe quay. We later received a tweet to say a lady in Port Lane off Magdellen street heard a dog crying for ages at 2am Boxing day morning. No sightings since.
