- When we lose a pet,
in such a tragic way,
we find words of comfort,
so difficult to say.
You are probably angry,
with the life that God took,
but he wanted another Angel,
so he chose beautiful "Brook"
We are sometimes told that
"Time does heal" but all,
we can think of at this time
is the pain that we feel.
You have fetched your "girl"
and laid her to rest,
so can you whisper to her,
"Brook" "You were one of the best"
RIP+
God Blessx Until you are all reunited. - 2012-12-31 14:53 Unknown

- ELLIE...HAVE LEFT YOU AN URGENT MESSAGE ON THE FORUM ON BROOKS TOPIC!
- 2012-12-29 16:33 Ellie
- Spoken to a very nice and helpful lady at Knutsford Services. Unfortunately there is not CCTV in the actual parking area but only near the building itself. She hasn't heard or seen anything but would spread the word especially to a lady from animal welfare who assists them. I have emailed a poster. She has taken DogLosts contact details.

- Owners had stopped at Knutsford to use conveniences but Brook stayed in the vehicle, I feel it is just possible she may have scrabbled at the door when the vehicle stopped and managed to open the door which could have blown back and owners wouldnt realise in the dark. They have been back there this morning and checked the area and left their details.
I will email the services to enquire CCTV and send a poster.
If there are any of our helpers in that area to search it would be greatly appreciated. - 2012-12-29 13:54 Jayne - Founder Doglost.

- Please can everyone make sure that all staff at Knutsford services are aware? There should be a CCTV system there, worth checking to see if any sign of dog or of door partly open.

- Have spoken to owner. The journey started from Rhedyn Cobh in Wales heading to Lutterworth, Leicestershire. There was a stop at Knutsford Services. Brook was defenetly in the vehicle at the start of the journey as she was checked on 15 minutes into the journey.
Sending advice sheets and also Leicester contact numbers. Can all other Co Ordinators for the areas they passed through also send their local contact numbers as well please?
Owners are searching back at the point the journey started at the moment. - 2012-12-29 11:48 Unknown
