So pleased Tigs and Razor are home safe and reunited :) They were found on Christmas Day and taken to the Wirral. Owner will be getting all his dogs chipped and tagged. Welcome home Tigs and Razor. Owner passed on his thanks to everyone :) xLast edited: 2013-01-03 20:14:04 by Rachel LDNWA

Thought the "Male" might be a typo. The breeds aren't that common - especially the presa canario description - which is why I thought of the missing dogs listed on here. As to the time - if the dogs were picked up on the day they went missing their 7 days would be up on New Years day so thought plans may well be being made to get them into rescue in advance due to the Bank Holiday. Hopefully the owners can check the details for themselves.

The post on Faceboook says the 2 dogs in the pound are both males thou??? liznhar? and if there time is up from the pound they would they will have been there 7 days, i did think it may be them when first saw post also

Have just seen a cross post on FB which states LargeBreed Dog Rescue are looking for emergency placing for a Neopolitan Mastiff and a Presa Canario type dog so this could well be the missing dogs.
I have cut and pasted the posting below
"calling rescues and foster homes, have just melted at 3 photos sent to me, we have no room so if other rescues can help if foster homes could take our already assessed dogs or if any foster homes with kennels whilst we assess the dogs (we can't afford any to go into boarding at the moment) these dogs are in a pound and time is up there are the following, 5 year old DDB male, Corso type 18 month male, Neapolitan male between 3 and 5 year if you can help let me know please NOT MUCH TIME"
