Well done vikkim for looking after this one and being careful about ownership claims! Hopefully one of the people who contacted you is her rightful owner, but if not I am glad she is safe.

You are right to be cautious. I am sure Doglost will give you any help you need so you can make sure goes back to the right person.

have spoken to someone who claims to own the dog having gone missing this morning but no collar no chip apparently and could not tell me any distinguishing features or even if the dog has all her teeth. Going to check a vets reference in the morning and get in touch with the warden etc contacted about the dog today by the finder, had two other calls claiming dog is theirs too so a bit worried that this dog makes it back to the right home.
