- What an awful end - poor girl RIP Ruby - you were so beautiful. What low life idiots did that so that she escaped ... I hope they know the grief they have caused - but they probably don't have feelings ...

- Earlier tonight Ruby was found in Ingelby Barwick 21.6 miles away from her home, Unfortunatley she had been hit by a car. Two very kind ladies found her and took her to the nearest vets but due to a ruptured diagfram, broken spine and leg, she had to be put to sleep.
REST IN PEACE RUBY, We will be together again.

- app this is a dark unlit country road so they couldnt tell if it was a red merle..it ran out in front of the car but wouldnt let them near,,, from experience I know a scared dog will let you walk right by them on many occasions,,so something tasty to take along for whoevers baby this is would be a good idea ;-)
- 2013-01-19 20:04 hello janey

- Thanks Jayne.
There has been one reported sighting of Ruby since she went missing which was in Friday night near Craddock street.
Owner has contacted all the relevant authorities and has postered and spread the word.
Owner has been out searching late at night and very early mornings.
Have discussed scenting and places to search.
Ruby is microchipped and is wearing an ID tag. She may be very nervous so please call owner if you see her.
Really hope she is home soon.
If found, she must be reported to the dog warden as is required by LAW - 2012-12-31 10:22 Jayne - Founder Doglost.
