- So pleased this beautiful pup is back with her family. I think the lesson we have to learn when fireworks are around is not to take our dogs out or even let them out unless they are on a strong lead. They certainly are a darn nuisance but sadly a sign of the times !

- GOOD NEWS! The owner has just called after speaking with Battersea! We're so happy she can be reunited her with her family! Those pesky fireworks frightened her and she legged it apparently. So so pleased!

- Thanks for the contact details, any help is greatly appreciated! We've started to receive emails from the local vets and have informed Battersea. The dog wardens in Ealing and Hounslow have been informed too. We have 2 Shepherds of our own and don't really have the room for her, so we'd like to find her family. I have to return to work next week and she doesn't like being left alone, so we're running out of time. A really nice lady from German Shepherd Rescue South contacted us yesterday, so we may have to put her in their care if we don't hear soon.

- If an owner is not found it may be worth contacting GSD rescue, Mr Harris 07788593366
or lisa 07788593366
just in case they have had a report of a missing pup.
Hope she is not a dumped pup and has a loving home somewhere. - 2013-01-01 22:28 mathers22

- This little one is definitely not chipped, the vet checked this morning. She was found running around underneath the M4 flyover in Brentford, if you dont know the area, it is a terrible place for a puppy to be let loose as its very close to the motorway. She was quite frightened and soaking wet, i'm thinking maybe ran off because of the fireworks. Definitely not stolen though! Very keen to find her owners. Her collar unfortunately doesnt have a name or contact details.

- I'm glad to report she is fine! Vet has checked her over, very healthy but no microchip unfortunately. We're not used to puppies, both of our dogs are from Battersea, so her energy is driving us all a little nuts! :oD We've emailed all the local vets and with Battersea, tomorrow it's with the local dog warden. We hope to find her family soon :o)
