This is Hachi's page if anyone wants to see how he is getting on...As he is a rescue dog he is still looking for a home to call his own as are all the other animals at the rescue...please look on his page and have alook at them all....thankyou xxx - 2013-01-11 22:07 Jackie
- So happy Hachi is back where he belongs...spent sleepless nights waiting for him to be found as we were to far away to be any help, could only offer Emma and Anna comfort on their facebook pages....Furryfriends is a wonderful home run rescue taking in many dogs which other rescues would not consider. Emma works round the clock looking after numberous animals including dogs, cats, rabbits and other small furries (these are looked after by Anna at her home....Well done to the person who had the sense to stop and catch him, as he's timid Hachi must of known he needed help....pictures of his leg can be seen on his page. So happy I support this rescue....his vet bills came to about £300 today..xxxx

- So so pleased to be told the news this morning that Hatchi had been found and so proud of Tiga who tracked to behind this cafe, although he didn't appear to be there when we were but maybe had spent the first night there and then came back for food again last night. Fingers crossed that he makes a full recovery.

- Hatchi was picked up at the back of the cafe near the rugby club, and that is the area to which helper JB and her dog Tiga tracked him. They did see eyes looking at them in the dark last night not far from there, so owners left a blanket and food. I am told that Hatchi has a very swollen foreleg and although he can walk he can't stand on it for long, hence the Xrays. Hope it's nothing more than bruising.

- This must have happened just after I left, I walk from the Fox every morning. Try looking for the dog round the Lacey Green estate in old Coulsdon if you haven't already, dogs that are lost seem to end up there.
I hope he's found soon, too many aggressive dogs over there these days, I've had run ins with several people with out of control aggressive dogs.If the owner of Hatchi reads this please pm the details of what happened, I'd be interested to know if the attack was by one of the regular suspects over there - 2013-01-09 19:14 Julie - Area Co-ordinator - Surrey & South London
- Have shared on my facebook groups - really hope Hachi is soon found. Do check carefully under hedges bushes etc. as he may have holed up as he is injured and have chosen to hide. With all good luck to you that he is found quickly. Julie x

- Poor dog. I’ve found that it helps to print out an A4 sheet of paper cut into business-card size slips, each with brief details and your phone number on. Give them to all the local dog walkers, postmen etc. you meet. Then if someone has news when they’re out and about they don’t need to find a poster or log on to the site to contact you. This is particularly important in cases where the dog shouldn't be approached. I hope he's home soon.
