- So pleased Lulu has been found - bit concerned over the number of dogs that go missing in this area being walked by professional dog walkers from out of the area though. Hope Lulu is well

- HOORAY!! Lulu has been found. Kimberley has just rung me to say a lady from Chessington picked her up and called this morning. Kimberley is on her way down to collect Lulu and will post more details on here. So admin, please move Lulu over to blue! Px

- Tx team Lulu...you are doing a good job of spreading the word. Has owner ensured the microchipdetails are up to date?

- And has the warden been contacted as the police would have contacted her?Scary thought about the lead and had crossed my mind when I read last night that she was on the lead. What sort of lead is it? a long training lead? I will try and finish work early today and go and look before dark.

- Hi, am reposting as my friend who drove past shortly after LuLu went missing thought he saw a dog tied to the fence opposite leatherhead golf course (lead might have been caught) but there was an unmarked police car with blue flashing lights there, which he thought was dealing with the dog, which is why he did not stop. Have the police been contacted? Will be out opposite there again tomorrow on the common, out today but nothing sorry

- Spoke on the phone this evening to Kimberley who, together with her friend Tracey, was walking Lulu when she was spooked and ran off trailing a long lead. Lulu is not their dog and is not local, but lives in Teddington so does not know the area although she has walked here before. Kimberley and Tracey are also not local (Clapham) but know the area well from dog walking. They were walking in the fields behind The Star pub on the Chessington/Leatherhead main road. The fields are way up a track towards the Princes Coverts woods, so not on the main road. However Lulu ran off down the track and over the main road on to Ashtead/Epsom common. I have emailed posters to lots of local people and this evening have just driven over to the pub to give them a poster to put up in the bar. Have also pinned a poster to the gate of Byhurst Farm (their land is next to the fields where Lulu was being walked and they also have a horse feed shop on site). Also pinned poster outside d'Abernon House, opposite Star at entrance to Ashtead Common. Kimberley and Tracey and hopefully Lulu's owner will be down tomorrow putting up posters. Suggest they give posters to all cottages by Star Pub and all cottages up track to Princes Coverts. Ashtead Common is managed by City of London and they have rangers office by Ashtead Station, so good to contact them tomorrow. Good luck with the search. Will try to get out tomorrow to do more. Keep safe Lulu . . Px Last edited: 2013-01-10 20:47:53 by Patsy

- Would also be good to contact Tesco and B&Q (there's a direct pathway from the common which comes out next to B&Q). May turn up there if she's hungry? Hope you get a sighting soon.Last edited: 2013-01-10 18:52:12 by csquaredb

- Have posted on the Pachesham Agility FB page.

- There is a very popular Dog Agility club at the Pachesham Equestrian Centre just down the road from the Golf Club. (Entrance off Randalls Road) It would be worth going along there with posters and fliers. They sometimes have classes in the mornings and definitely evenings.

- Have posted on Ashtead Parents FB and will keep an eye open up on the Common tomorrow. Was she on the common side of the road when she was spooked. Fingers crossed she's found soon. Would be worth contacting the Corporation of London who run Ashtead common, so their wardens can keep an eye out. Will she approach other dogs?

- A friend of mine saw a dog approx 1pm opposite Leatherhead Golf course, there was an unmarked police car there. He was driving past but said it was a fairly large black dog
