Im sorry guys but we've had 2,133 shares so far just today & this is all down to you guys so firstly a big thank you for this as it has led to a couple of posit...ive sightings within the Lawrence Weston area.. thank you so very much. We are still looking for her tho & getting desperate now with the weather being so cold, she is a Doberman Cross, dark chocolate brown could be mistaken for a german pointer, has slight curl in her tail. She is 2 years old & has a bright pink & white spotted collar with her owners mob number on it please see pics also). She's a very wary but gentle lovely dog. Escaped from the car yesterday eve in Bedminster area at approx 6:15pm, got hit in the side by an oncoming car then bolted off. She will be very tired, scared & hungry. We dont know of her injuries as she bolted so quick. Her owner is heart broken to say the least... Uber is her life. We have been out for the majority of today looking for her & Jenny, her owner, was out for 4 hours last night but the response we have had so far by asking people to share has been phenomenal & extremely positive, she has been spotted in the Lawrence Weston area & this is all thanks to everyone that has shared this post as previously mentioned. If anyone has seen her or heard any news please can you let us know, Jenny (Uber's owners' mob) is: 07761 480265 thank you so much & sorry to repost again but we are determined to find her.. as any one tried aston court bristol, goes on for miles, will put up at dog training tomorrow, people come as far as nailsea, and totterdown,,

I lost my dog in Bristol last Feb when it was cold and snowy too.She did not know the city at all, is nervous and would run away from anyone except me. She ran 8 miles across the city over two days before we found her safe and sound in Arnos Vale cemetary thanks to Doglost posters and Dog warden. I know how scary and helpless it is to lose a companion but am hugely hopeful that Uber will be fine. Am sure her self preservation instinct has kicked in and she is looking after herself as best she can - finding quiet places to keep herself safe and warm and finding food and water too. Will be able to come help look for her tomorrow afternoon and will check in to see if there have been any more sightings. Can help with posters etc too. You and Uber are in my thoughts.

Have emailed details to a dog walker in Bristol, asked her to forward on to other dog people. Paws and fingers crossed here for her safe return. Uber is getting a lot of shares on Facebook so she is definately on a lot of peoples radars. Stay safe Uber. If still not reunited by weekend we could organise a en masse search for Uber?

I’ve found that it helps to print out an A4 sheet of paper cut into business-card size slips, each with brief details and your phone number on. Give them to all the local dog walkers, postmen etc. you meet. Then if someone has news when they’re out and about they don’t need to find a poster or log on to the site to contact you. Hope she's home soon. I have a dobie who hates the cold :(

Last spotted at 6pm last night in North Street in Bedminster and then 7pm in Laurence Hill, Redfield, running in the center of the road. I am begging everyone to help. I cannot imagine how scared she must be. She wont go up to strangers so please call me if you see/hear anything on 07761 480265. Thank you.
