is there not someone that treats injured dogs when owners unfound?

very sadly this little one as passed to rainbow bridge - she had multiple breaks to her legs and her pelvis was shattered - the vets tried so hard to find her owners but no one came forward for her .

Rest in peace beautiful Angel you are free from pain now ( I have given her a name to pass to the bridge with xx )
