How tragic. So many traffic victims lately. I am so very sorry, and my thoughts are with the family at this sad time. Run free at the bridge, dear little Buster xxx

So very sorry to hear the tragic news of Buster. Please try to take some comfort that you have found your boy and able to have closure rather than never knowing what had happened to him. RIP Buster and my sympathies to the family. xx

I have just learned that Buster's body has been found, lost his life in RTA, so sad he didn't make it home.Last edited: 2013-01-29 22:10:04 by Owl

We have been out tracking with Buster's family plus helper Rotty and her niece. Many thanks to Rotty for handling Wispa in deep snow when I was struggling. Wispa got a scent which led us through fields and farms for a couple of hours, but we lost it in a shallow stream which had thawed out. All the farmers know and are keeping an eye out for him. He seems to have done a typical anti clockwise circuit and was swinging round to the direction of home when we lost the scent in the stream.
