Three jack russels dogs in Wickford Essex. Thy were in a poor condition suffering with a skin complaint. they are being cared for by the essex rspc..might be worth checking upxxx

Owners please make sure to frequently check all possible rescue centres/holding pounds/police and kennels. Sadly often an older/infirm dog "pounded"for 7 days may be destroyed as unlikely to be re-homed. Check rescue centres even around 100 miles away. Hopefully this will not happen and Tessie will be home soon. If someone has stolen her and then realises that she is elderly they may dump her. - Val
