Welcome home Mini...good to know you have settled back in your old home...can't help feeling for the other owner must have been a shock to scan and find it's someone else's dog...I'm suprised she hadn't been checked for a chip before but we don't know the story behind her getting Mini...Mini you stay safe now and have many more years with your family xxx

OMG....Forwarded your email to Helen and heard back from her today...due to doglost lines being exceptionally busy.....from the photo of the found dog and your missing dog...we would not have thought a match...you must admit the found photos were not clear...But owners know their own dog...We stand corrected...Helen looked into this further...and got the dog scanned and indeed it was your dog...so pleased for you...and tx to Helen for posting all found dogs because of the connections she has made locally that feed her the info to put on site...and tx to owner for constantly checking doglost...IT WORKED FOR YOU.....
trina

I have spoken to Ruby's owner and she has taken Ruby to the vets just now to be scanned and it is Mini who had been stolen back in 2011! Mini's owner is now on the way to collect her!!

Ruby went missing from the owner's home at about 8.30 last night and was picked up by the finder along the same road. When the owner called me today she gave me a full description of Ruby and the colour of the collar Ruby was wearing.

Was her micro chip checked? ? We had a yorkishire terrier stolen from our garden and she looks like her ok so the owner has come forward but was it checked. Our minnie was 12 and very old and small
