- Yes they can have a white patch on chest but are not black unless very young pup - blue and tan yes.Will check kennels,thanks.

- Borders can have a white chest sometimes - see the one in lost (which isn't this one - wrong sex) - if taken to Medway Police station it will now be at Jasmil Kennels at Upchurch
