- Charm, that call may have been her, so make sure you scent back to home from that sighting as per the email I sent you, more than once. She could be trying to get back home. Sometimes if they get hurt they lie low until they are well and then try and get back. Do keep putting posters up - as Tara said, it may be someone who has her that is taking them down. She could be closer than you think - even in someone's house. It has been known. Poster again, just in case. Tell all the shops and see if they will display a poster for you. Re read the list of things to check that I sent you and go through them all again - because she isn't chipped keep calling the rescues and kennels. Dogs do sometimes turn up when you least expect it, so keep hope alive. Sometimes it takes weeks, but you have to keep trying. Make Dior so famous that everyone knows she missing. Put a little ad in the paper, notify pet shops get them to put a poster up for you, think of everything you can do to get word out. Call all neighbouring dog wardens - going to send you a list. Send them her DogLost page or a photo. Lots of staffie out there so make sure they know you are actively looking for her. Come on Dior, where are you precious? xxx

- Sorry to see you havent any luck yet.... I always think when posters are being taken down, its either kids OR somebody who knows where the missing dog is.
Lets hope she comes home soon.... Good luck! - 2013-02-25 12:35 Charm2785
- Still no sign of Dior put more posters up as a lot of them where taken down, got in touch with Dog wardens and nothing there either.
Went up to battersea for my own peace of mind and she wasn't there but a lot of other staff where which was really sad to see.
please please if any one see her or even thinks they have seen her give me a call.
its been over 3 weeks now and i've only had one call saying they might of seen Dior back a long Freemasons road but they could be 100% sure it was her, but i was very greatful for the call.
Dior is very much missed and love so any information about her even if you think its small will be a great.
i will keep walking the parks and putting up posters of her and pray that she comes home.
Im not ready to give up on her so please call. - 2013-02-17 17:27 Kimmybear - Area Co-ordinator, Essex & Hertfordshire borders
- Well done for the ads in paper. Bumping because of that, so people will see Dior's page quickly if they look. Come on sweetheart, where are you? x

- Hi Kimmybear i have put up posters everywhere and i have still not had a phone call of even a sighting of her. Dior will be in the local newham recorder on wednesday and a few of the other records too. i contacted the police and left them details of Dior and photos to be honest they didn't seem to bothered about her and told me they no longer have dog kennals in the police stations. i think someone has her and does not want to give her back there is no way they have not seen a poster of her, ive been walking the streets early in the morning and late at night just encase someone doesn't want people to see her with no luck. i have her on face book and nothing from there too. im really lost for what else i can do?? I will keep putting up posters of her thanks x

- Charm, you really need to plaster the area with posters and then go further afield. You need to think of the possibility that she didn't leave of her own accord, so you make her too hot to handle! Get as much publicity as you can. Tell police it is not like her to leave your home so they should possibly assist. You must keep calling all rescues and kennels as they can forget. Ask dog warden where they take stray dogs and keep calling there too. I really feel you need to make her incredibly famous! I'm going to ask for a twitter by our Riverlady and will share on facebook. Keep the posters going up. x

- Hiya
Well you seem to be doing all the right things. All it takes is someone seeing a poster and calling you ! Another thing, maybe your local postman as well. He may suddenly see (or hear) a new dog in a house. Im not sure where your local sorting office is, but maybe see the manager there and ask if you can display a poster there. Maybe mention a reward for information or something along those lines, sadly in this day and age money talks. Rather than doing the right thing. I know sometimes quite a few postman cover a large area. Also have you got any local parks/ recreation parks where you can put some posters. Good luck with your advert ! - Hi Tara, i have register her with Battersea and a few more sites. I have given Newham dog warden a call today but didnt get an answer so I left a message. I have put up posters near the local schools in my area, but i think its agood idea to do mini ones to hand out or post through doors. I have also done stations, I will most defiantly put an advert in the newham recorder my nan suggested that to me last night. My front door was left open but normally she would'nt leave the front garden as she is quite a timid dog and very out of character for her to just run off.
thanks again for the tips xx - 2013-02-05 21:46 Tara H
- Hiya Make sure you register her with Battersea Dogs Home like Dog Lost reccomend. Also keep in touch with the dog wardens, they are usually very good in Newham.Have you a school nearby, as maybe worth doing some mini like posters and handing them out. When kids know there is a reward they may take more of an interest. Or your local tube station? Maybe an advert in the Newham Recorder may help. Just give them a ring and discuss how much it is, they may even do a feature. Just a few suggestions.May I ask how she went missing ? ( A gate open or front door left open is often the case) Hope you find her soon x

- Hi Tara, thanks for the advice I will be puttting posters up tomight, I have called the Newham dog warden and there as been no sign of her yet,I will give Celia Hammonds a call. Thanks again really appricate it x
Jayne - Thank you.

- Definately get some posters out and about. I dont know whereabouts you are, but also ask in some local shops if they will put some up. As they have a lot of people going in out all the time.If someone have taken her in they may see the poster and phone you
Also one local dog was taken to Celia Hammonds Animal Place on Barking Road, Canning Town by a member of the public, so could be worth phoning them as well
Firstly try the Newham Dog wardens number 0208 586 97 39
Good luck x - 2013-02-05 05:28 Jayne - Founder Doglost.
