Thanks for the info, I have spoken to Cleadon Kennels & it definately isn't Woody. The dog they have is only about 1 year old & a full GSD, not crossed - was worth a try :)

Thank you wansbeck82 ,looking for microchipped female , so not the one, I hope this boy's story has a happy ending and that the pig who dumped him gets his comeuppance. xx

just an update, its a Male German Shepherd and only young, he's not chipped either. He's currently at Cleadon Kennels, will be held for 7 days if owner doesn't claim within that time he will go up for rehoming x

I did not see this dog but do know when the Gateshead DW collects a dog they take the dog to Cleadon Kennels in Sunderland. Here is the link http://cleadonkennels.webs.com/
You can also find them on FB. Ihave looked on their website but no pics on yet. If it is not put on tomorrow I will call the DW and ask if they can send me a photo to put on here and find out if the dog is microchipped, in good health etc x

Just called Dog Warden, he is on his way to collect this dog. A man has been able to catch the dog who he saw being dumped!! A Toyota 4 wheel pulled up, a man SCUMBAG got out with the dog, threw a ball for it and jumped back into the vehicle and drove off (can't print want I really want to call him). Thank god the nice man has managed to catch it, poor thing.
