You can certainly expect to have more people join and register their dogs via me now....I am a dog agility person and am putting out the word via the agility community on the fb pages I belong to. I also have a large amount of sighthound friends (like me) and I will inform them to do the same. I started today and have already had comments from people saying that they didn't realise that you can register your dogs on your site....and that they will now do so.

Lol..me not..a bit slow at technology...but all our wonderful co-ordinators do have facebook pages....Please direct peeps to Doglost to register their dogs....And if they have smart phones to download our free app....being connected...reunites dogs....EVERYDAY....tx again for joining and spreading the word....Also as well as registering their dogs in advance..so if the worse happens we have details and the ability to send out alerts to local helpers...Could you also ask them to register as a helper and tick receive poster and emails....YOU will never receive advertising or junk mail....just local missing dogs....and by pressing receive e mail...it means we can let you know if there are dog thieves in your area...So your dogs are protected....And you can spread the word...to protect other dogs...tx

We now have almost 60,000 registered dog owners and rescues and dog wardens...but as there are 6 million owners in the country...imagine how small we are...and how great we can be...if everyone was on board...

The 60,000 have been recruited by word of mouth.....

Thank you....this is an amazing site and service! Must check if you have a FB page. I am going to recommend that everyone I know (I belong to a huge dog network) join DogLost and register their dogs. I don't know how you do it, but I think I had a response from your admin with a poster ready for printing within about an hour....incredible!! Thank you so very much. Penny x

Thank you SO very much to everyone who shared, printed posters, talked about her and offered to search....she is safely home with me now, all showered and fed and cuddled till she can hardly breathe!! I am very very grateful to DogLost and everyone else for helping and I feel like an extremely lucky mummy today, I know there are many others who are not.....and I am now on the list of people who will go out and search for other missing dogs.

Sorry to see Binky is missing Penny. I work at a vets in Cheltenham and will print off a poster. Heather who we train with on a Monday eve works at a rescue centre in Cheltenham so she will also keep a look out. Binky went missing not 3 miles from our own dog 'Mintaka' (Freyas mum). Thinking of you xx

Meeting for the search: After going up Rodborough Hill, it is the second car park on the right (they are all only small laybys really). Please bring posters

Thank you so much for responding so quickly, I am very grateful. We are coordinating another search at Rodborough Common tomorrow morning at about 9.30/10.00. I fear she has either travelled quite far or is injured. Binky is wearing a red and black harness under her coat. She is very gentle and friendly but she will be terrified by now.
