My freind found a dog very similar to yours outisde the spar at Cromwell avenue...all I got fro the description was a " white fluffy thing " she handed it to the police and thats where the story gets a little convulated....pasting the fb post here for you

I'm not sure of its name? its a little white fluffy thing. I handed it to an off duty police woman and contacted the owner but the owner can't track it down and has been given false info from cheshire police when enquiring about it. It was at 5:30 those evening outside st greggs bus stop down cromwell ave...feels as though I hitting my head against a brick wall. I've rang the police over and over and they have no record. I can't track down this police woman. fingers crossed that tomorrow she will be reunited with get owners. xxx
