I have spoken to the owner's sister and Harvey went missing from the car park at Cromer. The Dog Warden and local vets have been notified. Harvey has a tag on but with a contact number which is no longer in use. I have advised that the coast guard is notified.
I will add Harvey's details to Dog Lost Norfolk and Suffolk facebook group and other groups in the area.
Keep safe Harvey until you are found xxx
