- Thank you, Hazebella. Yes, Archie is home! He ran ahead of the dog walker in the park and must have panicked and got himself lost as went up the road where he was picked up by a lady. Lady took him to a vet where he stayed for two days and owner picked him up yesterday after finding out where he was. Hopefully he now has a chip. Well done to all of you. Welcome home Archie. xxx

- I live in the area and have put on my Facebook page. Will keep an eye out particularly at the Heath and street walks with my dogs. Also couple of friends are local dog walkers so they will also look out. Is it worth calling Junction Pets and Pampered Pets in case they have seen an off lead dog hanging around as I know that's where my dog would go given the chance.

- Just to clarify, Islington Dog warden have kennels where they hold for 7 days, they will only go to Battersea after the 7 days IF Battersea offer them a space.

- Have you checked with the dog warden and the RSPCA hospital in seven sisterrs road. Give Battersea Dogs Home a ring too. I believe lost dogs are sent there by Islington's dog warden You could put a poster up in Morrisons where there is a free notice board.
