- Really pleased to hear that Alfie is ok, little monkey! Many thanks to the gardeners who dug him out xx

- Terriers, who'd have 'em eh???? Little Alfie is gorgeous. He must have chased a rabbit down into the burrow, but then got completely stuck underneath the concrete. He was well and truly wedged. The barn belongs to a neighbour and is used to store surplus stuff, so the gardeners used pickaxes and sledgehammers to break up the concrete and lift bits out of the way, then suddenly, there was little Alfie covered in dirt but mighty happy to see daylight!!! The gardeners then put fresh concrete down to make good. They really have been heroes today.

- Alfie lives in Buxhall. He leapt over a wall and disappeared but we've found some of his fur to the entrance of a hole, It may have been there for some time of course, not necessarily today. He has been missing since lunchtime.
I'd like to say a huge thank you to the Fell and Moorland Terrier Club who have been extremely helpful with advice on trying to find Alfie, and indeed, will hopefully be able to send someone with a Terrier to help find him in the morning.
My friend will call West End Kennels and local vets etc in the morning. - 2013-02-24 19:48 Momo

- I have spoken to the lady who is looking after Alfie and Alfie is missing from his home, he does have free running in the grounds of the house but on this occasion has not returned, the fear is he is stuck down a rabbit hole.
I will E-mail General Information including contact numbers for vets in the area. We should have a photo of Alfie very soon.
