WELL DONE to his FINDER for making that most important call. Also thanks to everyone especially MojoPeanut. Oscar's owner and family have done a great job in their search and it finally paid off. We have found Harvey after a lady rang to say he was in station road prescot, thanks to everyone who has helped and especially gill allward for going out if her way to print and deliver posters and tape, we can't thank you enough!
Harvey is now reunited with my uncle safe and sound x

Thanks millypod, really appreciate it, had a call half an hour ago to say he was seen in station road the same place , same time and same caller as yesterday so someone's there looking for him now and if we don't get him today I'm going to wait in that place at the same time tomorrow and see if he turns up x

The dog found in widnes was not my uncles unfortanetly, his had just been groomed so Harvey's hair was short, this one who was found had long hair and was matted x

Rang Halton and Liverpool but there saying there's nothing I can do until animalwardens open at 4 and ring them back!

Thanks millypod, I've been out looking for Harvey and only just seen this, I rang the number and they said somebody had found this dog and reported him to them but when the warden rang them back they never answered the phone to him.
So they haven't picked him up and can't say if the people who found him have still got him or they've found the owner and not bothered to inform the wardens,
she said to ring Halton council tomorrow as they will be able to help me more.

Thanks to everyone who is helping, we had a phone call that he was in station road prescot but when we got there he had gone, posters are all around prescot, whiston and Huyton and in people's cars.
Received a phone call from a last saying she seen the dog tied up with a woman next to it looking suspicious then the dog ran off and the lady was saying shit shit (excuse the language) so the lady who witnessed it asked for tesco to announce to the dog owner over the tannoy but they said it wasn't their concern! X

Family have had a report of a dog fitting his description in Prescot at around 10.40pm they have gone to the area to look out for him. Hope they manage to find him and we see him in the blue. x

my son and daughter have put this out on their Facebook. We are in Rainhill and recently lost our dog called Harvey who returned after 3 days so we know how horrible it is but the more local people who know about Harvey the better. Good luck.

My advice is poster,poster, poster... It works. I dropped off posters with family tonight. Can do more Monday but I bet the little rascal is home by then. Glad to see the police are going into tesco to view the tapes. At least then you will know for sure xx

We have now informed the police as we think he could of been stolen, they are sending 2 officers to tesco to check the cameras so hopefully we will have a better idea of what happened later this evening x

Ive shared on Facebook and will try and get some posters sorted asap parents live in Eccleston Park in Prescot so they will keep an eye out, my son works at Knowsley Safari Park so i will put a word in to keep their eyes peeled as its very close
