This is great news to see that Stud is home once again where he belongs. Please be aware that its never a wise thing to leave a dog outside a shop. I'm sure Spud will say a big thank you for a microchip as well. Stay safe Spud xx

Brilliant News & well done Beezle. He is one lucky dog! Where was Stud found - had he been dumped? I agree Shereen - he definetely needs to get a microchip.Last edited: 2013-03-05 22:40:28 by LYDNSYD

It would be a great help to know where Stud's owners have put posters up so we don't double up but just incase they don't have access to a computer here is a list of where I have postered. VETS - Valley Vets in Pangbourne, Spencers Wood & Tutts Clump + Tilehurst Vets. C & G newsagents opposite Tilehurst Vets & the pet shop on Armour Road have also got posters. I've put one up by the Big Tesco's. There is also one up opposite Denefield School, Long Lane & all the entrances to Sulham Woods have been covered. The places where I've handed the posters into have been very sympathetic and are keen to help by putting posters up. I would recommend Dog Wardens in the surrounding counties are sent posters as not so long ago a Stolen JRT was found in Swindon. It must be truly devastating to lose a beloved dog so I hope Stud is back home soon but time is of an essence and he really has to be made TOO HOT TO HANDLE!

Hi, I'm in RG30 and saw your dog is lost. Have you put posters up in all the garages, hair dressers, banks, post offices, pubs and supermarkets ? I'm down near Prospect Park and I haven't seen anything. Do you have a page for him on facebook ?
Shereen
Thank you Sammie!(my email is playing up today).............

Shereen
Advised owners to report to Dogwatch Alerts...which has just come through which is good...This boy needs making 'too hot to handle'...PLEASE CROSSPOST as much as possible!
LYDNSYD
So sorry to see that Stud has been Stolen. You need to get as many Missing Posters up as possible ...LOTS! You need to make Stud TOO HOT TO HANDLE. Hand them in to near by pubs as they have been know to be Sold On from these sort of places. Put signs up at BIG Supermarkets i.e Savacentre, Asda, Tesco & Lidl also Schools. It might be a good idea to put an Ad in the local paper also if you get a free paper - the delivery person might post a mini missing poster through the doors at the same time. I live in Pangbourne so I can drop a Poster in to the Vets and will put Posters up at Sulham Woods where I walk my dogs.I hope you sweet dog is home with you soon.
