- Sorry only just checked in. I will tweet again with this postcode asking people to keep an eye out in the area and in general.

- Dog warden wasn't of any help and said to call police if I know exactly where Jango is and if its 100% him. I plan to go door to door during the day as its more quieter so may be-able to hear any barking. Everyone keep your eyes peeled, Jango is out there somewhere and we miss him so much

- Do you know the area where this lady might have Jango? 1st 3 letters of postcode will do and I can share again on twitter and be a bit more specific?

- I think I would contact the police and dog warden to check whether this person has reported finding a dog. If you know the street where Jango might be then maybe you could hand out some flyers to people in that street, or put up a poster, also contact the person who phoned you and see if she can pinpoint the exact address. I really hope somebody has him inside somewhere and he is not out in the cold.

- Hi,
I was wondering if you could help me in regards to Jango, he has been missing 15 days today.
I have had a call from an old lady saying a lady on her road found a dog (to Jango's description) and said he was calm little dog (which he is). She also told her that she found the dog and has brought it a new lead, in other words she plans to keep it. The old lady told her to take it to the police or report to a vet. The lady said she had reported it to the police. (This can not be true as police are not involved with lost/found dogs anymore?
What should I do? If I go door-door I risk (if the lady does have jango) her lying or hiding him or just not opening door
Any advice would be great, we just want Jango home!

- Thanks for the tip Reggiemollieros. I have contacted a few groomers in the area, the closest by foot and further out by email. I still haven't heard anything :( Can't wait to get him home!

- Have you approached local groomers, and ones in the area of the sighting? The person who has him might try to have Jango's haircut to make him less recognisable or if they bought in good faith they might take him to see a groomer anyway. Let's hope he sees a vet who scans him. Last edited: 2013-03-04 07:10:51 by reggiemollieros

- Anyone spotted Jango about? He's in need of a haircut so would be looking a little scuffy.
