- this dog looks just like one i saw couple of week ago in preston, a lady brought a collie into the rspca asking could they take it as it had jumped up at her little girl, was didnt want to take the dog home, rspca told her they couldnt take him and gave her local collie rescue numbers, i couldnt help but notice him as i have a collie myself, does look very similar, the only info i remember saying was that he chases cars so cant be let off,
