Would like to say a massive thank you to everyone involved with Doglost. We are so happy to have our boy home where he belongs. Maxx is doing great, and happy to be cuddled up next to the kids and his best friend our Roxy dog. Thank you again.

A couple found Maxx near the motorway 5 days after he went missing and he was taken to local stray kennels . He is now back home safe and sound with his very relieved owners and doggy pal. Welcome home Maxx and please stay safe from now on x x xLast edited: 2013-03-14 00:39:15 by Jumanji - Co-ordinator.South.Yorkshire

The dog near Armthorpe has been described as grey with curly fur
BuckleyD
Been to the area looked around and distributed posters. While I have been out someone else has let me know of a dog running around just outside of Armthorpe close to the M18

Another possible sighting in Armthorpe DONCASTER at approx. 4pm this afternoon.

Been back to Mansfield road, Balby this morning with our other dog, no sign but talked to people passing and dog walkers in the area. Also put some posters up in shops and local park.

Around an hour ago I received a message on Facebook, A lady said she was pretty sure that she saw Maxx tonight running into an alley between Bainbridge Street and Mansfield Road in Balby DONCASTER at approximately 7.30pm. Been to the location and looked around shouting Maxx's name, but got no response. Going back down there now to hand out posters in the area.

Still no news I'm afraid. Someone advised me to our other dog Roxy out and about, but nothing came of it, she tried her best, was out a good 4 hours. Someone today has advised me to drive into the countryside just outside balby near the motorway and call in to any farms in the area. Plan to do this tomorrow as well as more postering. Would like to say a massive thank you to Pam, for all the support, advise and genuine concern for our dog and our family. Thank you again Pam, from all the family.

Sadly no news of Maxx yet.
His owners are being very proactive with postering, checking with all kennels and vets etc .and have been to Mount Pleasant kennels again today to check Maxx wasn't there and also gave them a poster.

I spoke to this boys owners last night and thought t I had updated his page !!
Thanks to Angus for sending out alerts.
Maxx escaped from his garden along with the families other dog which is now back home.
There was a sighting on the day they went missing ( 6 thMarch) of two dogs matching their description by the A1/M neat the Warsmworth Roundabout.
Then yesterday morning ( 7 th March ) there was a possible sighting of Maxx at around 9.20 on and with someone near the community Centre in Edlington.
Owners have reported to the dog warden, and contacted local and surrounding Stray kennels and vets . They have visited their nearest stray kennels, Mount Pleasant to check In person that Maxx wasn't there but will be returning to check again and to leave a poster.
Some postering has been done and I have advised to do as much postering as they can and try to get some media coverage to raise the maximum public awareness possible.
Hoping that Maxx is found very soon amd back home with his family who are missing him terribly.x x
