- dewilliams42,the Jack Russell is a sweetie and she was posted her all over the internet and rescues alerted. Latest update is she has a place in a rescue shelter so should be leaving the pound on Friday. These rescue centres are truly wonderful people.

- thanks linda so pleased to see he found a home.there is another one-a jack russel whose time is up tomorrow in monaghan pound-i did mention many tears to carrick dog shelter who had her on their site. can you help here please- i hate to see these poor dogs in this situation and she looks so sad.

- Thank you dewilliams42 for your information on Many Tears I have written it in my little book for future use :) This little dog has been rehomed today. The picture shows him leaving the pound with his new mum. I posted him on twenty rescue and lost and found sites and he was shared all over facebook and no-one came to claim him. His time in the pound was done and he was at risk so he was rehomed to this lovely lady. So pleased he has a second chance.

- linda-many tears animal rescue from wales take dogs from irish pounds and some other welsh rescues. many tears have irisg helpers who look after them until they can be collected. i did put this on the facebook page where this little dog is at the moment.

- This little dog is down as owner surrender but they said they bought him off the internet 2 days previously which immediately had alarm bells ringing that he may be hot property. He needs to be placed in a home or rescue by 21st March. The pound say he has no microchip. I will post him on dogs in distress to try and get him pulled from the pound.
