Brilliant - received a text back from Dylans owners- they had a call from Wigan council and collected him this morning.

He is now home and has a new microchip too. Welcome home fella - stay safe now! :) x

I saw a post from a helper late last night for a black lab found in Ashton on Makerfield - at Bryn vets....will contact Dylans owner to see if this might be him. x
