BRILLIANT news I couldn't understand why his owners weren't bothering to collect him after they'd been offered a payment plan. Really pleased for the little man xx

I have today been informed that the lady has now put a payment plan into place......dog still at pound but watch this space....

The trouble is these type of "human beings", but no not really "human beings", aren't bothered what happens to their dog especially if it costs them a bit of money and they can't get their beer and fags !! I am sure someone will feel sorry for him and give him a good home xx

Very sadly, despite two phone calls and directing owner to council where a payment plan can be set up, this dog is still in pound and sounding like he is unlikely to be collected. Why do people assume that we will rescue these dogs? We are full and unable to take him so we will now spend time/money/transport costs to arrange another rescue IF there is space out there anywhere. So distressing both for us, the staff at the pound and the dog especially when there are so many missing dogs out there with frantic owners still searching. Sorry, rant over.

Yep, just spoken to owners. They are going to speak to warden first thing and see if payment plan can be arranged. Fingers crossed x
