Miles has been taken home from the vets, he has not had a wee yet and vets have let him go home to see if he does in his own territory. He is bound to be very tender and at the moment is moody but that is understandable. Sure he will soon be back to normal with lots of TLC which he is getting. Sending him a big hug and cuddle and willing him to have a much awaited pee... x

Great news Miles has been found.....sorry to see he is injured, hoping he recovers quickly and is home soon :) Very busy roads there, thanks to the driver/finder who stopped and picked him up, they must have got a shock too......get well soon Miles x

Just had a call from Miles owner, he has pelvic damage and he will be getting an X Ray tomorrow.

He was knocked down not far from where he went missing on Saturday night, the driver took him to the emergency vets where Miles is now. When making the initial phonecall with his owner I advised them to ring the particular vet which they did do but got an answer machine message.

Sending healing thoughts for Miles and hope he is o.k. Owner said he was made up to see them. xxx

Thank you it is miles he was hit by a car on sat night and the driver stopped and took him to the vets so we are very thankful to him. He is hopefully going to be ok. Thanks for all your help really apreciated.

I've also spoken to the RSPCA and been given an update, owners have been contacted. Miles is at the vets, will update here a.s.a.p. when know more. x

"Miles has poss been found !! If the owner can ring the rspca on 0151 486 1706 fingers crossed its him."

I did phone owner but no answer so sent text, also alerted Majorjet

Have had an alert to a sighting not so long ago near East Lancs/Scargreen Avenue. I've passed details onto owner and they are going out to search the area.

Just spoken to owner. Miles is 7 years old and has got out unnoticed while there was family visiting. Owners and family have been out looking for him until early hours, there was a reported sighting of him as already mentioned in the details above. He was running in the direction of Croxteth Park.

I've given local advice and will email info/advice in more details with contact numbers to try. Family rang the RSPCA first thing this morning. Owner is sending a photo by mobile which will be uploaded a.s.a.p.
