Any further update? Really hope Megan didnt go to rainbow bridge, was so pleased to see she had been reunited.

I'm afraid it's not good news as Julie has been told that Megan has gone to Rainbow Bridge. At the moment details are sketchy and Julie is trying to find out more. Because the details are sketchy I am reluctant to move Megan's status to Rainbow Bridge at the moment. Such a very tragic outcome

Brilliant news Julie. I am so pleased Megan is safe. I was really worried because of the severe snow and cold we have had since she went missing.

Sorry Julie, only just seen your message. I was going towards Ryhill and they were on my side of the road walking towards the centre of Royston. Roundabout where the Charity shop is. I would be happy to drive around tomorrow and see if I see anything...

There was a lady with a blue jacket walking along Midland Road B6428 just after midday with a little dog similar to Megan. It didnt dawn on me till just reading about her. Difficult as there are a quite a lot of little dogs in Royston. Am concerned about little Megan as we have had some of the worst snow of the winter since she went missing. Is there a group out looking for her? I may be able to help, but am somewhat disabled.

I don't have a printer to be able to print posters but I can spend an hour tomorrow daytime looking for her? Can't offer much more time as I have a young baby. If the owner is able to print any posters I would happily place them in the local area. Also do they know anywhere I could park easily in the area?

I have updated her details to say she went missing from the Meadstead Drive area of Royston and that when she went missing she was wearing a red fabric collar with ID tag BUT the tag has an out of date number on it .
I have spoken to Cliffe Kennels today and they checked their records but have had no dogs like Megan handed into them.
PLEASE CAN ANYONE LOCAL HELP HER OWNERS WITH POSTERING so we can get this lovely girl back home where she belongs.
Anyone finding a dog is required BY LAW to report this to the dog warden !!

Have you reported her missing to the police too? Sometimes if the dog warden isn't available either due to out of hours or the weather we had, if she had been found they may have a report. Whereabouts in Royston did she go missing? I know people in the area who have dogs that may not be on dog lost & can ask them to look out for her.

Have you shared her poster with the local vets? They will sometimes share on their Facebook pages etc & this really gets word of mouth going. If you search vets in Barnsley on yell it will let you know if they have an email address you can send her poster through to. I love her little face, she's such a cutie x

I've shared on Facebook & asked all my local friends to share too. I've also forwarded to WeareBarnsley to ask them to share on their page also. I hope little Megan is found soon, it would be worth calling Cliffe Kennels to see if she has been taken there. I hope she's snuggled safe somewhere. Good luck x
