I saw a border collie tonight at 5.30 pm running on the track along the side of the A272 near Minsted/ Stedham I'm sorry I could not stop as on my way to work but I don't think I could have caught it. I would say it had typical collie markings not obviously black it may not have been lost but may have run off of the common there and just have been panic running to find its owner. I will walk Iping common in the morning early to see if there is any sign of him
