- Hi. I just wanted to send you lots of positive thoughts that you find your lovely dogs safe and well very soon. We lost our Spinone almost 3 years ago and with the help of Doglost and an army of volunteers we found him and he was and is fine....I wish we lived nearer but be assured that now the Spinone fraternity are aware of your plight, help will come. Stay strong and they will come home..make sure you eat and take a little rest when you can as you will need your strength for when they come home, take care Cathy x

- I can come and help look Friday or Saturday if they don't find them by then I really hope they do, I have a male and female Spinone, maybe if I bring one along and walk and search with it, they may think its the families spinone and come out if frightened? The Spinone group are very close knit and all wishing these dogs to be found ASAP, please let us know if you intend to do group search, would be glad to help, Pip

- Have just got back from Salisbury Plain, took owners some hot drinks and drove around doing search of all farm buildings and hay barns, it is freezing out there hope these babies find somewhere warm to bed down for the night and hope the owners are ok as they are staying up there. Lets hope these guys show themselves in the morning. Will get up there early to continue the search and check on owners. Just to confirm they have another Spinone who is still with them and did not run with the other two dogs.
- 2013-03-26 22:04 Sammie
- To confirm, one owner and 3rd dog, stayed at the same place the dogs went missing this am, and other owner has driven around with Milatry guiance to search areas non accessable to public. All land forces etc have been informed this am by Karen from CPS.
Karen going out tonight with refreshments for owners and going to search some areas where they think the dogs may hold up.
Lilybear is making some contacts for us. - 2013-03-26 21:34 Angus
- have cobbled a similar image - he has a short haircut at the moment
- 2013-03-26 20:53 Sammie
- For anyone not knowing this breed, it is a large dog that can be confused with a German Wirehaired Pointer.
- 2013-03-26 20:47 Karen - Solstices Missing Dogs and Wiltshire volunteer
- The owners of these dogs have been on Salisbury Plain since 10.30 this morning, and are staying there the night, they will not leave while their dogs are missing, they must be freezing, we will be taking them hot drinks and someone else is taking them some duvets, I hope someone sights them, I am concerned as the terrier has a lead attached and may get caught up, and the Spinone will probably stay with him.
