- Is there any actual photos of her? Stray Dog Sanctuary has just had a Lurcher arrive have taken photos of her today so should be on website soon! She is almost Whippet size, slightly bigger. Brindle looks like she had an injury to her leg and stitches werent removed a long while back?? Don't want to get your hopes up but worth a look?

- Always a good selection of whippet/lurcher types in the Found and Strays sections and the Up for Rehoming sections at www.strayaid.co.uk and www.strayaction.com
Quite a few brindles at both sites at the moment worth taking a look at.
Good luck, hope you find lovely Elma safe and well very soon xxx - 2013-05-08 18:05 AlisonH

- Thank you Sue, I will let the owner know x
NickyJ I have E-mailed the link to the owner, long shot as you say but worth the owner checking the dog out x - 2013-04-24 11:41 NickyJ
- It's a long shot but there's a female brindle with white chest found in SL5 on 19 April on Lostdogsuk.co.uk (SDK councils dog warden website of collected stray dogs)
Looks similar in the pics, but obviously quite a distance away from where Elma was lost.

- Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
- A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (50973)
