Thats wonderful news and has made my day. I am sure he will give his new owner as much pleasure and love as my rescue pap (now at rainbow bridge) gave me.

Post from Deb our Papillon Rescue UK co-ordinator Today he has had a good day, he's been out in the garden with some of mine, he wont stay out on his own - he throws himself at the patio door but he's fine if a human is out with him, possibly an after effect of being alone in a garden when he was found, but we'll work on him, he is a fantastic little man, think we are going to call him Monty

Having had a rescue papillion that was a victim of cruelty/neglect, I cannot understand how people can do this. Ellie sadly has now gone to rainbow bridge, but I will never forget the first time that out on a walk, she literally kicked up her heels and ran for the sheer joy of doing so, it was as if she was kicking off what had gone before! I have always had rescue dogs of various shapes and sizes but because of what she had gone through she was so special.

Please give him a cuddle and kiss from me, as they are such wonderful little dogs.

Hope this boy had a good night and is starting to feel better. Please hug him from me,been thinking of him all night.

I am a trustee and co-ordinator for papillon rescue uk, have already checked everywhere i would normally for lost/found dogs :-( HUGE admission here, something has happened that has never happened to me before (theres a first for everything!) i've just spent 3 hours clipping this little dog off, the mats were the worst ive seen on a dog in over 10 years, anyway on removing the mats underneath 'it' guess what i found, yep, boy bits!!! thats how badly matted he was - you couldnt actually feel any boy bits when i checked him last night, he was so badly matted and urine stained that it should be a cruelty case, poor lad feels much better now he can cock his leg, will bath him tomorrow, he'd had enough today poor thing :-(
Nickydog
Contact the papillon club who have a lost and found section. Any chance of a photo?
